ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Digital Training Facility Manager to join our team. As a Digital Training Facility Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling the use of digital training facilities, providing hands-on assistance to the Enterprise Management System (EMS) staff, and maintaining facility security and operating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling the use of digital training facilities and providing hands-on assistance to EMS staff
  • Maintaining facility security and operating equipment
  • Performing hands-on equipment operation and on-site operations
  • Adhering to EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers
  • Verifying operation of hardware and software in digital training facilities
  • Maintaining facility security and operating equipment
  • Coordinating facility maintenance and monitoring the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture
Requirements:
  • 5 years of management experience in IT support and/or management
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate trainees to summarize, forecast, and identify requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and teams
  • Commitment to work with smart, interesting people to solve challenges
