Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced EMEA Training Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs that raise commercial excellence in the regional organization
- Facilitate sales training and develop focused initiatives to assess competence and measure impact
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to define and deliver effective learning and development solutions
- Meet aligned business goals as part of the Commercial Excellence offering
- Develop and implement digital solutions to support training and development
- Relevant L&D qualification and experience in a commercial environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with other European languages advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a business or science-related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in sales/commercial roles in pharmaceutical/healthcare environments
