As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by designing and implementing training programs that drive commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the regional commercial team, marketing team, and other selected functions.
  • Design and implement a full portfolio product and therapy training curriculum to raise commercial excellence in the regional organization.
  • Facilitate sales training either directly or as management of an external supplier.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders in the commercial team to define and deliver effective learning and development solutions.
  • Meet aligned business goals as part of the Commercial Excellence offering.

Requirements:

  • Relevant L&D qualification preferred, with experience in a commercial environment including learning and development management, training needs analysis, design and delivery of training programs, and blended learning solutions.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and other European languages are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree required in a business or science-related discipline.
  • 5+ years in sales/commercial role in a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
