Kruk Italia Srl, a leading receivables management company in Europe, is seeking an experienced Behavioral Economics Strategist to join its innovative Behavioral Economics Hub. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that empower customers to make informed financial decisions.

Job Summary:

We are offering a highly competitive salary of €60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, to drive our customer-centric approach forward. As a Behavioral Economics Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting research activities, investigating customer behaviors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights.

About the Role:

  • Plan and execute research activities to generate actionable insights for stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and E-Commerce departments.
  • Investigate customer behaviors, needs, and motivations to validate the impact of our initiatives.
  • Select rigorous information sources, interpret results, and extrapolate conclusions from academic research to business applications.
  • Collaborate with designers and managers on research projects to solve complex problems with data-driven approaches.
  • Present research findings and create repositories with key information.
  • Design, program, and run statistical and econometric models to identify key relationships between variables.
  • Conduct client segmentation to categorize clients based on behavioral criteria, informing tailored strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends by participating in behavioral economics conferences and events.
  • Create sets of potential interventions to validate insights gathered through research.

Requirements:

  • At least 1.5+ years of experience in carrying out full research cycles, from initial meetings to final reports.
  • Education in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Science, including frameworks, methodologies, biases, and heuristics.
  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research independently, analyze results, and generate business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
