Here, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions that empower customers to make better financial decisions
**Behavioral Economics Specialist**:
Which will be your role and responsibilities?
You will plan and execute research activities, employing different methods to generate insights for multiple stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing and E-Commerce departments, and make better decisions for our customers
You will investigate customer behaviors, needs and motivations to validating the impact of our initiatives
You will select rigorous information sources, interpret results and data, and extrapolate conclusions from the academic world to the business world
You will collaborate with designers and managers on research projects to solve problems with data
You will present research findings and create a repository with such information
You will define hypotheses, design, and run experiments (A/B testing, multiple variable tests, etc.) and analyze the results identifying relevant correlations, patterns and behaviors
You will design, program and run simple statistical and econometric models to identify key relationships between variables
You will conduct client segmentation to identify and categorize clients based on behavioral criteria, helping tailor strategies
You will participate in behavioral related conferences and events to stay informed about the latest market trends, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of industry developments
You will create sets of potential interventions to validate the insights gathered through the Research phase
What do we expect from you?
Knowledge and Technical skills
1.5+ years of experience in carrying out a full research cycle, from initial meetings to the final report
Education in Psychology, Sociology, Market research, Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, Statistics or related
Knowledge of Behavioral Science (for instance, frameworks, methodologies, biases and heuristics, etc.)
Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research independently, analyze results and generate business recommendations
Knowledge about where and how to search for reliable information
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
Soft skills
You have the sensitivity to provide constructive advice to other teams, and to adapt the way you give recommendations according to your interlocutor, making them effective
You have experience working in teams, and you get colleagues from other departments to see you as an ally and not an enemy
You have the ability to empathize with customers, critically evaluate both your own work and that of others and see things from their perspective. This allows you to understand and anticipate how the customer might perceive and feel about the service or product
You can identify, analyze, and solve complex problems by thinking creatively and critically, developing innovative solutions that address the root causes rather than just the symptoms
