Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented professional to lead our customer quality initiatives and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of quality service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their quality needs and expectations.
- Provide training and coaching to internal teams on quality management best practices.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of English, with German as a second language a plus.
- Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
