At Moncler spa, we are seeking a seasoned professional to excel as our Luxury Wholesale Area Manager for the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Greece regions. Based in Milan, this strategic role will play a pivotal part in driving sales of our Kidswear collections within assigned markets.

Sales Performance

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue in line with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), fostering new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships across key wholesale accounts. To achieve this, they will analyze market trends, provide valuable insights to the company, and develop forecasts aligned with our corporate strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor market dynamics, offering actionable recommendations to enhance our presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and refine our sales budget plan, ensuring alignment with the area's evolving needs and company objectives.
  • Pursue new and existing business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients in line with Moncler's positioning and regional characteristics.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal sales campaigns four times a year in Milan Show-room, effectively driving client engagement and sales growth.
  • Ensure all clients adhere to merchandising guidelines, guaranteeing both quantitative and qualitative goals are met.
  • Maintain order fulfillment, addressing customer concerns related to deliveries, payments, reorders, and other matters.
  • Liaise with key partners on marketing initiatives, optimizing brand visibility.
  • Regularly visit accounts to deliver product knowledge training and submit qualitative reports.
  • Collect and analyze sell-out data to inform future business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury brand wholesale, preferably in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in kidswear business, coupled with a solid understanding of the luxury industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned markets, with a proven track record in sales and relationship establishment.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with confidence in challenging situations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, covering both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
  • A willingness to travel extensively, ensuring timely visits to key clients and partners.
  • Fluent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
