Southern European Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to oversee our wholesale activities in Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with existing and new key accounts.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow the Southern European markets with existing and new key accounts.
- Maintain and enhance customer relations through regular visits and effective communication.
- Realize revenue targets and achieve continuous growth by analyzing sell-through reports and transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Conduct staff trainings both digitally and physically across the region to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.
- Prepare sales budgets together with the Head of Sales to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of wholesale experience in a similar position in the European market is required, with additional areas being a plus.
- Dedicated, thorough, and structured, able to work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
- Proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Able to succeed in a position with variation in working hours and periods of travel, requiring flexibility.
- Creative thinker and strategic planner with strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable knowledge.
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a solid network in the fashion industry in Southern European countries, particularly Italy.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills, with a third language (Spanish or French) being a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of Joor is an asset.
