About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our Systems and Monetization domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clear strategy that aligns with Qonto's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a clear strategy, aligning with Qonto's overall business goals
  2. Lead and grow a cross-functional team, hiring and onboarding new product managers while fostering their professional development
  3. Oversee critical projects such as building Core system experience and enhancing modularity throughout the app to ensure optimal user experience and system performance
  4. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including other cross-functional teams and the Design department
  5. Drive product innovation in a complex fintech environment, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
About You

We are looking for a seasoned product management professional with a proven track record of managing complex products in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to hire, onboard, and grow high-performing product teams.

You should possess strong product management skills and be able to effectively train others. Additionally, you should be adept at collaborating with and influencing various departments and leadership, and have a keen eye for user experience and the ability to work effectively with design teams.
