About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Clinical and Financial domain team at Doctolib. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and launching innovative products and features that improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business teams, to deliver high-quality products
  • Analyze user needs and market trends to inform product development and launch
  • Lead the execution of projects from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout, and follow-up results and impacts
  • Define project specifications and ensure key product management processes for the confidentiality and security of health data
  • Work cross-functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile environment
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership
  • Strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs
  • Experience developing and launching products in a B2B environment
  • Ability to put the user at the center of your work and be close to them
  • Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level)
  • International experience and ability to work in a global environment
