We're a pioneering fintech company reimagining payments for simplicity and accessibility. Our mission is to revolutionize payments across Europe, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be part of our Feature Team within the Product division, collaborating closely with Tech, UX, and BI on specific projects or products. You'll work with business stakeholders to gather and define their requirements, analyzing product usage, optimizing features, and creating and managing OKRs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze product usage and optimize features based on data-driven insights
  • Create and manage OKRs to drive strategic goals and measure success
  • Monitor user feedback and identify potential new features
  • Advocate for feature requests and develop concise product documentation
  • Gather comprehensive requirements and ensure request requirements are fully met
  • Identify and remove blockers to project progress
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance on system improvements and bug fixes
  • Define product acceptance criteria and assist in testing processes
Your Ideal Profile
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of success
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate with internal teams
  • Solid technical background to effectively communicate with engineers
  • Ability to evaluate emerging products and assess their potential value for Satispay
  • Familiarity with technology trends in the fintech industry
  • Fluency in Italian and English
