As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be part of a Feature Team within the Product division, collaborating closely with Tech, UX, and BI on specific projects or products, catering to both internal use and end users. You'll work with business stakeholders to gather and define their requirements.

Your Mission
  • Analyze product usage to optimize features based on data-driven insights from product usage.
  • Create and manage OKRs, ensuring the product roadmap and all activities are aligned with these objectives to drive strategic goals and measure success.
  • Monitor user feedback to identify and evaluate potential new features.
  • Advocate for feature requests and develop concise product documentation.
  • Gather comprehensive requirements and ensure request requirements are fully included.
  • Identify and remove blockers to assist your team in project progress.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance on system improvements and bug fixes.
  • Define product acceptance criteria and assist in testing processes.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Relevant experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong collaboration skills: Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, business development, quality assurance, and operations.
  • Technical background: Solid technical background to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineers.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging products: Assess new products and services for their potential value for Satispay.
  • Familiarity with technology trends: Knowledge of technology trends in the fintech industry is a plus.
  • Language proficiency: You are fluent in Italian and English.
