Job Title: Requirements Management Engineer

Alstom is seeking a skilled Requirements Management Engineer to join our team. As a Requirements Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the contractual requirements of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement global requirements management processes on tenders, projects, and product development.
  • Support project resources in accessing the DOORS database and following training on the requirements management process and methodology.
  • Act as the deputy to the TPM, supporting the application of the requirements management process on a day-to-day basis.
  • Define the requirements management strategy for the development, tender, and execution phases.
  • Write and maintain the requirements management plan.
  • Work with scope owners to ensure they understand their actions and are working according to the project schedule.
  • Ensure data is reused according to platform and tender strategy.
  • Communicate project status through relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
  • University degree in engineering, with a minimum of two years of requirements-related experience utilizing database solutions for requirements management.
  • Practical experience of working on projects at various stages in a project lifecycle.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Systems Engineering/Integration conceptual knowledge.
  • Technical writing, requirement elicitation, and formalization.
