We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Protective Industrial Products in Italy.

Job Description

This is a significant opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to make a substantial impact on our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of the Microsoft Business Central ERP system across various European countries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage large, complex, multi-country projects, ensuring successful delivery within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams in IT and Operations, along with business teams, to achieve project objectives.
  • Organizational Change Management: Create and implement organizational change management plans for ERP and other system roll-outs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering large, complicated, multi-country projects. Experience in leading both IT, Operations, and Finance projects, particularly with ERP and warehouse management systems, is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English is required, with fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish being advantageous.
  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Operations Management, or a related field. PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including travel opportunities throughout Europe and the UK.
