About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Engineer to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our business units.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain continuous improvement programs in our factories, ensuring the adoption of best practices and standardization across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Green Belt certification programs for new process engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support the industrialization process of new lines and products, analyzing industrial KPIs and ensuring timely reporting to the business unit.
  • Lead risk analysis and evaluation of mitigation actions during tender phases, ensuring the successful implementation of new projects.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to analyze root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, preferably in the extrusion process or cabling industry.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar program.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
