• Evaluate all requests for modifications and assist in the approval process within the defined authority limits.

• Investigate all reported software issues.

• Ensure that all problems are recorded, classified, prioritized, and tracked using a management tool.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate root cause analysis and identify workarounds.

• Conduct testing procedures and deliver comprehensive test results.

• Offer support to technical teams and business users concerning application functionalities and workflows.

• Aid in the implementation of applications by delivering training sessions and demonstrations to end users.

• Generate regular and on-demand reports regarding change and problem management activities and metrics as requested by management.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in learning complex software applications and analyzing issues.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities.

• Collaborative team player focused on achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in application change management, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
