About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute business plans, create and execute in-store events, and provide exceptional customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer relationship management to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Manage inventory and facilities to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Work closely with the field executive team to drive business results
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
