Department & Research Offices Internship Opportunity

Job Description:
The internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with insights on how the education system and research work from a privileged point of view, and deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with an international focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in Defining Lessons and Exam Schedules: Assist in defining lessons and exam schedules, and manage variations to ensure a smooth academic process.
- Support in Managing Teaching Materials: Support the management of teaching materials, including collecting and disclosing course profiles, syllabi, and teaching materials.
- Support in Administering Exams: Assist in the administration of exams, including defining the Examination Board, organizing exams, communicating and recording grades, and archiving exam papers.
- Support in Administering Research Funds: Support the administration of research funds assigned to Faculty members.
- Support in Organizing Events: Assist in the organization of events, seminars, and workshops.
- Support in Monitoring and Updating Department Websites: Support in monitoring and updating the Department's websites.
- Support in Coordinating Department Offices: Assist in the coordination of the Department Offices.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
- International Experience: Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaborative tools and software for videoconferencing.
- Soft Skills: Positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer-oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously, prioritizing high and various workload flows in a fast-paced environment; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
