The RoleWe seek an experienced professional to lead our Global Pharmacovigilance Center of Excellence. As Global Pharmacovigilance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional projects, managing signal and risk activities, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. You will also oversee the development of robust procedures for aggregate safety reports and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional report authors and contributors.
- Ensure aggregate reporting processes and procedures are complete and compliant with current regulations globally and internal QA.
- Manage the CoE team, including distribution of assignments, prioritization of tasks, personal objectives, and mentorship/training as required.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, with theoretical and practical knowledge of Pharmacovigilance at both global and local scales. A Master's degree in science or PhD is preferred. You should also possess strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.
