About the Role

The successful candidate will support our commercial team in managing daily communications with clients, handling operational tasks, and delivering exceptional service quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with customer operations managers and warehouse operators;
  • Reporting to the Account Manager to contribute to achieving weekly and monthly targets;
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and collaborating with the Partner Manager team on a daily basis;
  • Managing upsell initiatives to expand company volumes and revenue;
  • Gathering information from stakeholders, streamlining processes, and ensuring accurate data input into our management system;
  • Coordinating claim management, registering useful information, and resolving claims promptly;

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in working directly with clients, comfortable with data analysis, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where constant change is the norm.
