Adecco Italia è alla ricerca di un/una Help Desk Specialist per supportare l'infrastruttura informatica di un prestigioso studio nel settore legale.

Responsabilità:

  • Assistenza Tecnica: fornire supporto tecnico tramite telefono, email e chat, risolvendo in modo tempestivo le richieste e i problemi informatici dei dipendenti;
  • Risoluzione dei Problemi: essere responsabile della diagnosi e della risoluzione di problemi hardware e software, identificando le cause principali e implementando soluzioni efficaci;
  • Installazione e Configurazione: aiutare nella configurazione e nell'installazione di nuovi dispositivi e software, garantendo che siano pienamente funzionali;
  • Manutenzione Preventiva: collaborare nella pianificazione e nell'esecuzione di attività di manutenzione preventiva per prevenire problemi futuri;
  • Documentazione: creare e mantenere documentazione dettagliata su procedure e soluzioni comuni per semplificare il supporto tecnico futuro.

Requisiti:
  • Laurea o diploma in informatica o campo correlato;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel supporto tecnico o nel ruolo di help desk;
  • Conoscenza di sistemi operativi Windows e software di produttività;
  • Capacità di comunicare in modo efficace con vari livelli di competenza tecnica.
