About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Handling and Command Control Engineer to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a key member of our Avionics & Electrical Engineering department, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of the Data Handling System (DHS) of our spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implementation of the DHS, including FDIR and lower-level requirements
  • Technical monitoring of internally procured items and organization of technical reviews
  • Design, implementation, and execution of test cases at Avionic Test Bench and satellite level
  • Documentation of V&V activities in VCD and support to satellite launch phase
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Fluency in English (C1 and above certification)
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, CCSDS/ECSS telemetry and telecommand standards, and SW development standards
