We are looking for an experienced Administrative Liaison to join our team in Milan. As a key point of contact for our law firm, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, gained in a comparable law firm. You will possess hands-on experience with office equipment, a professional attitude, and excellent communication skills. In addition, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain the reception area's tidiness and presentability
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls
  • Provide information to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English (B2), both spoken and written
  • Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service attitude and client focus
  • Strong phone skills
  • Flexible attitude towards shift work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with evolving office procedures and new technologies
