Pirelli, a global leader in the tire industry, is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Organization and Improvement Leader to join its Central Head Quarter Continuous Improvement Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of the company's Manufacturing Excellence (PME) system worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standards and methods related to improvement technical streams, including workplace organization, focus improvement, and material flow.
  • Design and deliver training programs on PME standards and methods to ensure a high level of competence within the organization.
  • Provide support to Plant Directors, technical stream leaders, and improvement teams to successfully implement PME standards and methods.
  • Identify and promote best practices across factories, and facilitate their expansion to other locations.
  • Monitor the progress of continuous improvement implementation and project achievements.
  • Assess and evaluate PME audits and assessments.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong technical background and shop-floor practice.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems, Material Flow, Internal Logistics, Work Organization improvement methods, and LEAN approach.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, and Chinese being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and ability to work in international teams.
  • Flexibility to travel and experience in Logistics a plus.
