Lead Data Architect AWS Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect AWS to join our team. As a Lead Data Architect AWS, you will be responsible for managing key clients and relationships with AWS, leading the AWS Center of Excellence, and overseeing large-scale data lakes in production environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Key Clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • AWS Management: Oversee the management of AWS accounts, resources, and services to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • AWS Center of Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of best practices and standards for AWS architecture and engineering.
  • Data & Analytics AWS Projects: Support recruitment efforts and develop skills and capabilities required for large-scale data lake projects.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Apply the Well-architected framework to design and implement optimal data pipeline architectures using AWS native services (such as GLUE, Lambda) or data management technologies (such as Talend or Informatica).
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers in coding best practices and problem-solving techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Data Architect AWS with expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data lake projects.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, including Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon RDS.
  • Experience with data ingestion solutions using AWS native services (such as GLUE, Lambda) or data management technologies (such as Talend or Informatica).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
