**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in R&D Project Management. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations
- Host and coordinate customer visits, presentations, and meetings
- Write meeting minutes, teleconferences, and facilitate project progress
- Collaborate with teams to maintain project timelines, manage customer satisfaction, and facilitate communication
- Facilitate positive interactions among team members and resolve conflicts
- Update project plans, billing, and archive project documentation
- Support finance by managing project billing and quotation processes

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related field (PhD desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and internet skills
- Preferably pharmaceutical background or experience in R&D companies
- 1-3 years of technical experience or related area (project management, financial awareness, customer contact)
- Fluency in English; second language a plus
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, empathy, and proactive attitude
- Ability to motivate and lead teams
- Understanding of quotations process and representing site interests in negotiations

**Compensation**
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
