Job Title: Cultural Project Coordinator
Job Summary: Adecco Italia is seeking a skilled Cultural Project Coordinator to support their team in Rome. The ideal candidate will have a background in cultural mediation and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. The selected candidate will support coordinating, supervising, and monitoring mediation and interpretation services, as well as collect requests for mediation services and consolidate them for evaluation. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate closely with admin colleagues for the management of service requests, evaluate proposals from providers, and communicate with stakeholders. The role also involves organizing and facilitating trainings, inductions, and refresher sessions for mediators, performing regular field visits to monitor activities, and managing contacts with local stakeholders and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support coordinating, supervising, and monitoring mediation and interpretation services
  • Collect requests for mediation services and consolidate them for evaluation
  • Coordinate closely with admin colleagues for the management of service requests
  • Organize and facilitate trainings, inductions, and refresher sessions for mediators
  • Perform regular field visits to monitor activities
  • Manage contacts with local stakeholders and partner organizations

Requirements:

  • Completed University Degree in Law, Political Science, Humanitarian Studies, or Social Studies
  • Previous relevant experience of at least 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and Excel
  • Willingness to travel to several locations in Italy

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within an institutional environment
  • Proven work experience in a Public Administration
  • Knowledge of the EU and national migration
