Fleet & Travel Coordinator - Maternity Cover

Il Fleet & Travel Coordinator è un ruolo di supporto gestionale, organizzativo ed operativo all'interno del Facility Management di Groupe Iliad. Le responsabilità principali includono:
- Gestione della flotta aziendale, dei rapporti con i fornitori e redazione di reportistica di monitoraggio e analisi;
- Gestione del servizio Travel, del relativo portale e dei rapporti con l'agenzia viaggi;
- Gestione delle convenzioni con partner commerciali (catene alberghiere, società di trasporto ferroviario ed aereo, servizi catering e di ristorazione);
- Predisposizione del Piano Spostamento Casa Lavoro come previsto da normativa, definizione ed analisi dati questionario degli spostamenti per i dipendenti ed individuazione e proposta di misure migliorative della mobilità aziendale;
- Gestione delle convenzioni con servizi di mobilità sostenibile a beneficio dei dipendenti;
- Fornire supporto nell'organizzazione di eventi aziendali;
- Gestione dei rapporti con i dipendenti in merito a tematiche Fleet e Travel.
Requisiti
Il candidato ideale dovrebbe avere:
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo;
- Conoscenza in materia di fleet management;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel;
- Capacità di gestione ed analisi dei dati;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Otte capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Flessibilità e proattività.
