Customer Support Team Lead - Maternity Cover

The Role
We're seeking a talented Customer Support Team Lead to join our Partner Support Team for a 12-month maternity cover. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing 360-degree assistance to our restaurant partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Deliveroo.

Responsibilities
Identify trends in performance and conduct root cause analysis
Manage a team of customer support agents
Plan, execute, and oversee projects, coordinating resources and ensuring successful outcomes

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Good level of IT competence, particularly in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English
Proactive and eager to learn
