Customer Service Team Lead

Within Abbott's Structural Heart division, we are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee the Customer Service department. This role involves managing a team of Customer Service professionals to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Customer Service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on team management and leadership.
- International management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Ability to travel up to 10-20%.
