Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead - Process Optimization and Logistics Coordination
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the customer service process, ensure reliable and professional customer care, and optimize logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service Team to ensure a reliable and professional customer care process
- Oversight and management of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Process optimization and improvement of customer service levels through the deployment of EDI with customers and optimal use of SAP
- Monitoring and management of customer complaints and product allocation
- Follow-up of promotional campaigns, litigation, and penalties administration
- Manage sales orders and customer litigation, receive and process orders from customers in SAP
- Manage EDI exceptions and workflow, product allocation, and tracking of discrepancies in delivery of goods
- Daily communications with 3PL and other suppliers to follow up on logistics issues
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and team management
- Good communication skills and solid knowledge of SAP
- Analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Italian
