Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead - Process Optimization and Logistics Coordination

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the customer service process, ensure reliable and professional customer care, and optimize logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Service Team to ensure a reliable and professional customer care process
  • Oversight and management of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Process optimization and improvement of customer service levels through the deployment of EDI with customers and optimal use of SAP
  • Monitoring and management of customer complaints and product allocation
  • Follow-up of promotional campaigns, litigation, and penalties administration
  • Manage sales orders and customer litigation, receive and process orders from customers in SAP
  • Manage EDI exceptions and workflow, product allocation, and tracking of discrepancies in delivery of goods
  • Daily communications with 3PL and other suppliers to follow up on logistics issues

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in customer service and team management
  • Good communication skills and solid knowledge of SAP
  • Analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluency in English and Italian
