Customer Service Team Lead

Abbott's Structural Heart division is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for managing a part of the country's Customer Service operations to provide internal and external customers with the best possible service.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of Customer Service professionals to ensure seamless order processing, pricing, and billing inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints are handled efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and productivity of department output, introducing innovative methods to support this effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead a team of Customer Service professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement environment for department processes, including order processing, returns processing, backorder processing, credit requests, and new product launches.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of Customer Service/Contact Center experience.
- International management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- 10-20% of travel required.
