The Customer Service Team Lead role at Abbott is a key position in our Structural Heart division.
Below are the main responsibilities and requirements for this position:
- Manage a part of the country Customer Service department to provide internal and external customers with best possible service.
- Train, motivate and coach Customer Service Representatives to improve department output and introduce innovative methods.
- Develop strategies for the country Customer Service department and service activities.
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of Customer Service/Contact Center experience.
- International management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- 10-20% of travel required.
