The Customer Service Team Lead role at Abbott is a key position in our Structural Heart division.

Below are the main responsibilities and requirements for this position:

  • Manage a part of the country Customer Service department to provide internal and external customers with best possible service.
  • Train, motivate and coach Customer Service Representatives to improve department output and introduce innovative methods.
  • Develop strategies for the country Customer Service department and service activities.

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of Customer Service/Contact Center experience.
  • International management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • 10-20% of travel required.
