About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring a reliable and professional customer care experience throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service levels and efficiency
  • Collaborate with logistics providers and customers to resolve issues and improve service levels
  • Manage administrative tasks, including order processing, customer complaints, and product allocation
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, team management, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and IT systems
  • Fluent in English and Italian
