About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
