Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead for our Structural Heart division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Customer Service professionals, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
