This role involves providing solutions to customers' questions and concerns related to payments, invoicing, account management, and our products via email and chat. You will be responsible for guiding and helping users with any queries they may have and evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase.
  • Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eager to learn.
