Descrizione del lavoro:
Stiamo cercando un Customer Support Specialist per collaborare con il team di vendita locale per sviluppare nuove opportunità.

Responsabilità:
Prepara richieste di preventivo e ordini pertinenti per le fabbriche interne e terze parti;
Trasferisce ai team di progetto delle fabbriche le procedure di esecuzione degli ordini dei clienti;
Coordina il flusso di processo globale nella gestione dei progetti;
Risponde alle lamentele dei clienti e ai problemi salenti;
Gestisce gli ordini di modifica tecnica e commerciale;
Controlla il programma di progetto e i documenti in stretta collaborazione con i team di ingegneria delle fabbriche e del PM e del team di vendita locale;
Fornisce rapporti di chiusura dei progetti e partecipa a riunioni di revisione dei progetti con i clienti;
Curare la coordinazione e il rapporto con i fornitori locali della terza parte;
Qualifiche:
Laurea in ingegneria elettrica o industriale sono preferite;
Buona esperienza in motori elettrici Bassa e Media Tensione, nonché in motori elettronici;
Buona conoscenza del sistema SAP, CRM e strumenti Microsoft Office;
Italiano madrelingua e Inglese fluente tanto in scrittura quanto in orale;
Conoscenza di Spagnolo, Tedesco o Cinese sarà considerata un plus;
Abilità a gestire progetti internazionali che coinvolgono EPC, Ingegneria, OEM, Utilizzatore finale e fabbriche in tutto il mondo;
