We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group in Milano. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the effective processing of customer sales orders, following internal procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer sales orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow internal procedures for day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and develop close relationships with contacts.
  • Administer sales orders to cash, ensuring efficient and effective processing.
  • Respond to customer queries received by phone, mail, etc.
  • Participate in periodic activities such as weekly checks of invoices and credit postings, and monthly close of accounts and order portfolios.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer focus, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
