As an Italian speaking Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for one of the largest telecommunications service providers in Switzerland.

Job Description:

Sales Representation

As an Inbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, presenting our best offers and fostering strong relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

  • You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Your proactive personality and strong negotiation skills will enable you to resolve issues and address customer complaints efficiently.
Daily Activities

Your daily routine will involve:

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers seeking information about our products and services.
  • Selling our offers to customers, focusing on their specific needs and preferences.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of €1,100 - €1,300 per month.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including holiday and Christmas bonuses.
  • The option to live in a company-rented apartment, fully equipped and furnished, with all expenses paid by the company for at least the first 14 months.
