As a Sales Manager at Blu Selection, you will focus on maximizing conversion opportunities in the Italian market. This involves transforming leads into new clients by managing the full sales cycle and developing long-lasting partnerships. You will effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our partner, the European leader in gift boxes and the specialist in internet-based leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Develop a portfolio of new partners in football clubs, thematic parks, and shows clientel.
  • Be a trusted advisor for existing and new partners on the Italian market.
  • Coordinate operational tasks with local teams or headquarters.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Track performance against KPIs to understand your contribution to the team and identify improvements.

Requirements:

  • Native/Full Professional Proficiency in Italian and proficiency in French speaking and writing.
  • Understanding of Italian culture/markets/sales processes.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial/Sales role.
  • Residence in or near Milan for easy access to our operational hub.
  • Good knowledge of the football environment, specifically ticketing ecosystem, is a strong plus.
