Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Introduction and Manufacturing Process Management: Manage new product introduction in production, including manufacturing feasibility analysis, design and implementation of manufacturing and testing tools, and training of manufacturing and testing workers.
  • Manufacturing Process Optimization: Set up manufacturing processes at supplier's premises or internal production department for prototype and serial production, and propose new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones to enhance serial production performances.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvement, support manufacturing and quality activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical factory as a Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Skills: Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments, knowledge of English in professional level, and ability to work in a team and collaborate with people from various departments and suppliers.
