Job Summary:

Datalogic is seeking a highly skilled BU Controller to join our Planning & Control team in Calderara di Reno, Italy. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Datalogic's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting to ensure timely delivery of management reports to the Board of Directors and Management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product profitability and project returns to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor sales and margin evolution, analyzing variances against budget and prior years' results.
  • Support the implementation of new business analytic tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Language: Fluent English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven controlling expertise in complex multinational environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accounting and numeric skills, with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with a reliable working method.
  • Business acumen and ability to work proactively.
  • Curious and willing to learn attitude.
  • Team worker with good communication and listening skills.
