Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Architect to join our team at Technical Hunters. As a Servicenow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our clients
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing procedures, and agile methodologies
  • Design and develop customizations and integrations on ServiceNow to extend the functionality of the platform and ensure interoperability with other systems
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding team members in the design and development of ServiceNow solutions
  • Monitor the performance of the ServiceNow system and identify opportunities for optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Significant experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, including a deep understanding of the platform and its features
  • Strong technical skills in technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST API, SOAP, SQL, and object-oriented design principles
  • ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including data models, workflows, access, security, and system integrations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading technical teams to achieve project objectives
  • Experience in the IT or IT services industry
