**Job Description**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management, actively contributing to our internal processes.

Your responsibilities will include supporting administrative tasks related to employee management, such as maintaining and organizing personnel files and managing contracts. You will also provide reporting activities related to HR issues, offer general support to the HR team on daily operations, and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.

You should also possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and positive towards people, and eager to learn with a hands-on attitude. **Estimated Salary:** €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Note: This is an estimated salary range based on industry standards and location.
