Senior Manager - Supply Chain Consulting

NTT DATA Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain Consulting team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities through collaboration with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and clients.
  • Present compelling supply chain propositions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and drive continued revenue growth through proposal creation and client engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and alliance partners to increase visibility of Supply Chain Consulting in the European market.
  • Take ownership of recruitment efforts to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations research, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in the supply chain industry, with a focus on quantitative tools and methodology.
  • Proven track record of business development in supply chain, with experience in consulting and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience working with planning tools from o9 Solutions, Toolsgroup, and/or BlueYonder is preferred.
