Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Leader to join our team in the Network Components Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business priorities and developing sourcing strategies to support the growth of our accessories segment business in High Voltage and Medium Voltage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements and priorities in collaboration with the Commercial Team
- Understand product roadmaps and market trends
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities
- Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and financial stability
- Select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, production capabilities, and alignment with business goals
- Engage with selected suppliers and ensure product/component first-step homologation
Requirements
- Fluent English and extensive travel availability
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Engineering or Business Degree
