Key Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor at Emporio Armani in Milan, you will lead a team of Client Advisors by instilling energy and commitment. Your role will involve stimulating achievement of the best possible results through passion and excellence in customer service. You will be in charge of the development of the team, focusing on CRM and Clienteling activities, such as managing and motivating the team to increase sales, monitoring sales rituals in line with brand policy, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Fashion Luxury industry. You will also need analytical skills, KPI knowledge, and higher education diploma and/or Bachelor. Fluency in English and Italian, as well as managerial skills and customer service skills, are required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent team leadership skills, and responsibility and reliability are essential.
