Job Mission

The Organizational Analyst role is part of the Organizational Excellence Office, responsible for driving organizational analysis and change management projects to ensure a sustainable evolutionary roadmap for Davines Italia spa.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the current organizational structure and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Map roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  3. Support change management and project deployment initiatives to drive business growth.
  4. Conduct workload analysis to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude.
  4. Excellent team working and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
