Gualapack SpA, a leading Flexible Packaging company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key player in driving our growth and expansion, you will create additional opportunities with current customers, develop strategic partnerships, and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and profitability objectives in the assigned geographical area - France.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, identifying and understanding their needs.
  • Support the development of the company's growth in specific and strategic markets/applications.

Requirements:

  • Degree.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position within a B2B sales organization, preferably in flexible packaging.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Positiveness, good communication skills, and listening capacity.
  • Aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented.
